Intrepid Laos tour

This morning you will head to the border, where you will meet your Laos guide and start your exploration of northern Laos. You will drive to Luang Namtha, with two nights at Boat Landing Guest House.

Spend the day trekking in Luang Nam Tha National Park which is home to ethnic minority villages and rare wildlife.

Driving southeast, you pass through more beautiful countryside and arrive in Muang La, a remote village deep in the heart of northern Laos. You will have two nights in this beautiful area.

Make your way to Phonsavan with your guide, home to the mysterious UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Plain of Jars.

Depart the Plain of Jars for the drive through winding hillside roads and towering limestone cliffs to another UNESCO site, Luang Prabang.
