  • Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Guatemala City. Arrive in Guatemala City, where you will be met and driven to the historic capital of Antigua in a private vehicle.

  • Today, you will have a half-day walking tour of beautiful colonial Antigua to get your bearings and visit the many pretty squares and churches.

  • This is a free day to explore Antigua at your leisure; perhaps go on a chocolate-making tour, visit a coffee plantation, or try a volcano hike.

  • Drive from Antigua through spectacular scenery and traditional villages until you reach Quetzaltenango, in the heart of the highlands. You will also visit Chichicastenango market en route.

  • This morning, you will be transferred to Lake Atitlán via a colourful indigenous market — gain a fascinating insight into community life as locals barter for their weekly shop.

  • Today, you will take to the waters of Lake Atitlán with your private guide, visiting some of the communities dotted around the lake shores.

  • This morning you will be transferred to Antigua via Comalapa Market.

  • This morning you will be transferred to Cobán, located in the beautiful Verapaz region, known for its limestone caves and birdlife. This afternoon you will visit Ram Tzul private reserve.

  • Full-day private guided tour to the beautiful pools at Semuc Champey and nearby caves.

  • Depart Cobán this morning for the drive to Flores, the gateway city to Tikal.
